1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • You must provide a proof of purchase (receipt or order number).


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Opened electronics or software

  • Perishable goods

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during delivery


3. Return Process

To return an item:

  1. Email us at info@primetechsolutionskenya.co.ke within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

  4. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued via the original method of payment within 7 working days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery).

  • Include photos/videos of the damage and packaging.

  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated timeline:

  1. Check M-PESA account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@primetechsolutionskenya.co.ke.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@primetechsolutionskenya.co.ke.
